1st day spent just 10$ just hook up offer is awesome 5$ per conversion now if u get 1% conversion u will get your 10$ back and if 2% it will double your $ just keep in mind: conversion rate x $$ spend = $$ earned now dont say 1 can get less than 1% of conversion

First, Justhookup pays good, not shaving, but they're looking for ultra high traffic quality. Quality traffic means, traffic that converts at advertiser's end (they purchase paid membership). If your traffic is not quality, you will be blacklisted very quicly.
Second, you forgot landing pages. Well, if you say direct link, you will never get leads. Yeah, sounds unrealistic, but try if you want. (I don't mind if you get 1 lead per 500 visits.)
LP is the part that slices pro and amateur affiliates.

Peerfly = Hard To Get In. If you are registering to them just for this justhookup offer u can also use levelupads.com they also pays 4.9$ and if u want no interview etc. go for 007cpa.com they pays 4$ per free sign up

Go to Adxpansion.com to buy traffic for 5 cents/click (country:US/UK/CA/AU) buy 200 clicks for 10$
Go to 007cpa.com($4)/levelupads($4.9) (you won't be approved quick on peerfly) and register they will approve you quickly. Search For Just Hook Up Offer Available For these Countries: US/UK/CA/AU
I can't say how much conversion rate you will get 2% or 4% but 2% is enough to double up your money.

In Addition: you can create a landing page then tell your visitor to go for the offer... something like that:No Need To Spend 100$ to Join The S3x cam site: Just Hook Up, Its Free For today only register now... bla bla bla etc

If you put "Its Free For today only register now", your traffic won't convert on advertiser's end (Nobody will pay for paid membership because they come for free membership as you described). Advertiser's pay money to you to earn money from your traffic.

Just don't direct newbies to wrong way.

Whats wrong with you man?? go to any cpa site which have this offer (justhookup) they have no condition like 10% paid member or 1% etc. i have earned 174$ with 5k clicks, (low conversion rate because it wasn't paid traffic) without any problem idk what they earn with free members but many people are promoting their offers and earning a lot, i just suggested u all... give it a try if u liked it otherwise leave man. Yup any doubt? you can't double quickly see, you spent 10$ and earned 20$ u have to spend 300$ in a month then after 1 month u'll be paid that 600$... spend per day but earn per month
