I haven't been able to use my Adwords account with the software. I've written to your support, but they just answered that I need "an English Adwords account". I had already read that here, so I replied again. Anyway, I'm posting what I answered this time here because maybe some other user can help me out here. I don't wanna have to wait too much to use the software.

Create a new gmail account, after create a new adwords account, and put english in language and USA in country.

The software keeps giving me the same message. "Incorrect details or try again" (Yes, the details are correct).
I hope the support doesn't give me the same answer again. I just don't get what could be wrong

maybe you have a problem with your proxy, try to use niche cracker without it.

That's not it either, I've tried to use it without any proxies and it still rejects the account.
No answer from support yesterday or today, I hope I get some suggestion soon. I know it's not a lot of time, but I'm frustrated because I want to start using the software!

Installed on Windows XP up to date.
Google Adwords login and password verified.
If I generate Random Keywords + Exact => Fine
If Random Keywords + Exact + Autocheck EMDS => Crash
If Random Keywords + Broad + Autocheck EMDS => Fine

Could you please help me solving this issue.

Your last post has not been overlooked. I did infact send you a new license key, and you should have received it. Check your spam folder.

Just updated today -> "unable to login to adwords account"

The language on adwords preference is set as English (UK).
"All columns" is selected as in the PDF user guide.

Of course I can manually log into adwords without a problem.

So this is my update on that: Today I talked to their developer on Skype, and we even had a Teamviewer session to see what was going on. He found it to be a bug in the software and promised to solve it within 48 hours. Now, only a few hours later, the software was updated again and everything is working perfectly.
Good support here! I'm glad to finally be able to use the software, it looks great.

I'm mostly interested in this software for the YouTube keyword feature. Is it working good, and are the stats it shows accurate? Where does the keyword info come from?

Also, new customers for the Pro version pays $49? Or are the offer for $29 still active?
