Some owned by us, some by our partners, but they are not open for guest posts outside this service and we monitor their quality constantly, including the posts that are not linking out.

We don't have geo targeted domains at the moment, but we are building this ability, so if you have some specific geo-targeting needs, just let me know the target countries and i'll try to give it priority and update as soon as its available.
