Akrant's Case
So I can keep Somebody's Money.. and Keep on Giving Lame Excuses for Unreasonable Timeframe.. Commit to Refund but dont do that also.. Instead ask for more time... Knowing that Client had also invested in other services for this project whose success depend upon delivery of my service.. and I use the money my client provided me for personal purpose or whatever and I dont have no more money.. so I ask him to wait for refund till I get the money..
And even though I already have the bank details of client (which is already evident from my mail of Feb 20).. because i sent one email to client to asking for bank details but the clients asks to commit to a date before providing his banking details as he has already had enough of my lame excuses I ask my contact to try and make a case out of it.. But Never Ever DID I Respond Back to Client on his request to send whatever articles are ready (which is because I Communicated earlier that 20 articles are ready and need editing) or Commit TO REFUND On a Specific Date (As I intend to delay this mess to foreseeable future) and that Client just gives up on me because he paid me through net banking and he doesnt have my contact details.. So there is little the Client Could DO. As I dont have the intent to deliver the work or refund to client so I keep on giving lame excuses and keep asking for more time...
Yet I am following BEST Business Ethics and IT IS THE CLIENT WHO IS AT FAULT....

You see the problem here is that Had BeingAkrant told me that he wont be able to deliver the articles and also would be able to refund on a specific date (whatever date may have been ok with him). I would have at least got another writer and get the project completed. But instead he tried to act smart and kept on giving me lame excuses which is in my opinion really dangerous if you have a critical project in hand....

OP, I gave you +16 for being kind towards another person and providing him/her work in the first place, for giving him/her many chances to deliver what he/she promised, kept your cool even when you were seeing that the person had been giving excuses after excuses and not even delivering a single word which was much easier to do than giving those failed excuses, for putting up this thread which may have zero value for some but very valuable for others as it provides some good warnings signals, and for still keeping your cool while some others are being blinded with the banned member's sweet words (IMO).
IMO, they fail to see that they are being 'used' by him/her to get back here and enact the same drama once again. He is only playing a game of chess, but IMHO, this game isn't being played in the true spirit.

If you're reading this, I urge you to give yourself a long analytical look. It is plain that you may be suffering from what's called a Writer's Block, and therefore are not able to write a single word of those articles which may be simple or hard. This condition isn't a disorder, it's just that -- a conditioning of mind which gets sort of a paralysis... It gets worse when one begins giving excuses, almost ridiculously silly excuses (I don't use this phrase to hurt you or any other person, but it is a plain fact).
One then understands that the excuses are silly and unbelievable, but still the mind stays paralyzed and does not produce any results. The cycle goes on and the only result is that one fails the trust factor forever -- I am not speaking about others -- one's clients whom the provider failed, I am talking about losing the trust in one's abilities to be productive.
This becomes irreversible in life unless one is able to break the inner barriers that have become stronger than steel. I also believe that only that person himself/herself can break those self-imposed barriers but it will need a real effort to reverse it -- but it CAN be done.
As a chess player, it becomes your duty to come up with strategic moves to reverse any wrongs that you have done, and to rebuild a greater positive reputation. I sincerely hope that you do this exercise sooner than later in life.
I also sincerely hope that you'll understand why someone is saying this to you...
P.S.:
This is another Chess strategy.... you need to analyze and reanalyze why you win and also why you lose any game. When a chess game is in progress, it's easy to think of some good moves but do many unforced errors because one feels that he is losing the grip on the game. But even from completely hopeless situations, I've seen the game being turned around on its head and either a seemingly miraculous Win was the result, or the opponent accepts or even requests for a draw!
I personally don't see you winning this game in this present condition, but that makes me think... will you be able to produce those Winner moves? If you do, it would make me very happy (as another humble Chess player who also loved this game as intensely...
)

I am just trying to help here. He really NEEDS help IMHO. Others may judge him from any other angle, but I am trying to be still fair and find a real good solution for him, irrespective of how he is judges on this thread. I also see that he is continuing to do wrongs.. but unless he is able to help himself, he would be getting "Shit Listed" forever in life, IMHO again. And I do not wish that to happen to any other person ever...
