Hello Guys,

Now I know that this guy is already banned from BHW but soon after he got banned from BHW he asked me if I have any project. As I committed to him before he got banned that I will consider him for my future projects so I thought maybe give him a chance and as he is banned from BHW, thinking maybe he is out of work and might be in need of work.

Now the story goes like this I ordered articles from him and we both agreed on 50% advance and rest on completion of project. Since we both are Indians I could not pay him through paypal and therefore I paid him through net banking.

Now it's been almost two week over he was supposed to provide first batch but I havent received even a single article. This guy just keeps on delaying and giving silly excuses. Now after delaying the work for three-four times, he even committed to a date and promised that he will refund the advance after my persuasion. Now when I asked to refund my money as I am no longer interested in any work done by him he did not keep his word again for two times and asking for more time and telling me that the articles are ready and putting a rider they need editing.

My only intention to start this thread is to just gives a heads up to everybody who is still ordering from this guys outside BHW or might order from him in future.

One more thing I would like to highlight is that his guy informed me that he is going to join BHW back as he has good contacts here. Here goes his statements -

i think many of his friends will be more unhappy than they were before after reading that...
 
The whole point of the shit list is to warn other members that the person banned is not to be trusted to do business with. I don't see the point in starting this thread as he had already been banned yet you still decided to give him your business which seems rather foolish to me.
 
IMO, he needs more time in isolation, just to think where he needs to focus on before he takes on the world!

I think he is not really ready to make another comeback. If he does, there would be another repetition of the past events. He still needs some fine-tuning done to that over-confidence. Being a really successful member of any community needs some real commitment towards everything that's fair and just.

He is, IMHO, still immature -- he isn't even aware that he is not fulfilling his commitments towards the people who are trying to really help, and that's going to be a huge setback to his career anywhere. That's the point he is not focusing on, or is not willing to work on while having huge dreams! I guess that with the attitude he shows in those lines written to you, he would be in for another shocker soon.

Well said. Either way, he still hasn't learnt his lesson. Instead of thinking about his mistakes, and how to avoid them in the future, he has simply just avoided all that and taking a repeated route back to where he started. That's just childish and he isn't going to have a bright future if he has logic like this. No offence.

IMO he isn't that bad its just a misunderstanding,and that he should be given another chance on BHW.

Why? I believe that he still hasn't paid back the money he owes. He made some of his clients suffer due to his inactivity and that too after receiving advance payments. This sends a message across that he isn't too honest. The last time he was answering on this forum, he told us that he is willing to refund only if that particular client wants it (in similar words), where as I believe that he should've refunded immediately as he was totally wrong there.

On this thread too his writings display the same carefree/careless attitude. The OP is probably losing a lot more than his money because OP possibly had an important time-bound project going on, may be for another client, and if that gets endangered due to such carelessness, possibly already has, it will make the matters worse.

"He isn't bad" isn't making any difference to this situation that got him banned. There is still the fact that he misused forum rules and has plenty of serious complaints still standing against him. He was a sweet-talker and a good writer, but wasn't too committed and honest where it mattered the most. Period.

He is still keen to provide an important service on BHW and it seems to be his priority, but it would prove to be quite dangerous to such clients because a lot more than money would be involved. Doesn't really show anywhere that he was really sorry for any of his serious misdeeds...

Anyway, the decision is made by BHW to have him banned, and there may be adjustments done in the future based solely on many other more important factors that only the Mods and the Admins can rightfully execute.

I hope that he at least fulfills his commitments towards the OP first, although he again seems to have miserably lost another great opportunity offered by that great healer, Father Time...

I thought he was legit and had some kind of SEO service business.
It really makes me wonder about the oh so prestigious "Jr.Vip" badge.
Pfft.
Scam artists.
 
i see that some members are siding with BeingAkrant on a thread here. Ferma231 and bwman in particular are claiming that BeingAkrant is not a scammer instead it is I who is at fault.. Infact Ferma231 is also claiming that he can ask BeingAkrant to provide skype logs to prove that he is not a scammer.. Well I would to post the emails and skype logs myself to end this story once and for all..

I am making the screenshots now and will be posting them in next post...

As much as I want to feel sorry for him, he has had his fair share of chances.

1) He was banned the first time on the forum. STRIKE 1.
2) He could have learnt from that but he came back onto the forum, breaking another rule. STRIKE 2.
3) He did make some good posts, but that's not going to mean anything.
4) He broke another rule by faking his iTraders, in order to get more sales. STRIKE 3.
5) He then openly and very clearly denied having a previous account to this. STRIKE 4.
6) Apparently, it was also later found out that he had more multiple accounts. STRIKE 5.

And now, we also hear that he is going to come back "bigger" and "better". STRIKE 6.

Seriously, how many more chances does he need?

But it ain't fare calling some one scammer just because he broke the site rules
 
I cant believe Roparadise took a bullet for this guy. Awful shame. Threads like this about banned members never do any good for anyone. The reason why discussions about should a member have been banned or not are not allowed is because they drag up old wounds and people start fighting.

Its a private forum if you break the rules then you get shown the door. I hope this thread gets closed down before it goes any further.
 
There has been so many issues lately over this banned member.

Lets look at this logical.

1. He is banned so basically it is out of BHW hands.
2. Respect the staff and trust their decisions on this.
3. This shitlist is between the OP and person who he claims scammed him.

All we can do is set guidelines and see what happens. I am not taking sides but we should at least let logic prevail
and of course let the staff handle the situation. They were not born yesterday.
