If I can hit my six-figure dream with IM this is what I want to first buy. Seem's like the perfect getaway home for anyone who loves the outdoors/horse riding/hunting. Maybe it's cause I lived the city/suburban life for so long, and grew tired of it; anyone else here into rural homes? Also, notice that it's 10 acres that's about the size of 9 football fields - so much space for all kinds of things.

I like the Ten acres (for Quads and Motocross....the horses gotta go) Not so wild about the house. By uk standards that seems like a good price. I would go and view it just to hook up with the realtor !

Lmao I think they actually purposely put a very hot realtor for these high-price houses, she's most likely an escort on the backend of things lol.

If the chick is included, she can help you renewing the house inside a little - which is needed I think (modernization). Beautiful landscape though and you'll plenty of space to drop a Blackhat Bunker somewhere underground with that kind of space.

Edit: there are many other very nice properties on that site (like http://www.countryhomesofnewjersey.com/country-home-for-sale/8-acres-in-Burlington-County-New-Jersey/id/1127572)

That is really cheap, something like that in the UK would go for much more
Probably cause UK is much smaller than the USA, so land prices would be much higher. In the USA however, we got thousands of empty acres to spare, but best part about this one is it's in NJ which is close to NYC and other nice cities.

Yeah that one's better, especially for the office suite. I'd get like 3-5 IM'ers and make this our official office. Just wasn't fond of that area cause its a little further from NYC.

I see, well you could always turn one of those barns of the one you showed into some IM paradise, if your wallet allows it of course

Im with you on this one. Having a piece of land would be so awesome. You could do anything you want.

My plan is to move out to eastern Canada where houses in the country are so cheap and the land is beautiful and on the ocean. I've seen steals at $60,000 with oceanfront acreage and plenty of trees on the lot. Buy one, fix it up and keep banking with very low cost of living, then when I can afford to buy another, I can fix that one up too and sell for profit. Eventually I want to take my online business to offline in the form of house and machinery fixing, I love buying things and restoring them whether it's houses or bulldozers or cars.

Well, good luck on that, you'll need a lot of financial backing to get into the house-flipping business, and with the housing markets' condition it'll make it even harder to turn good profits.

Eastern Canada is really beautiful I went to university there for 4 years in Halifax. Winters are a little ugly though. I was actually considering picking a place up too because its so incredibly cheap.

Thats awesome you went to school there, the only problem I see is unemployment seems so high, but hey if your making money online and not tied to a specific location because of a job it would be an amazing place to live.
