What a terrible website to display photos of houses for sale. Simply horrible. I could find 20 free themes with good galleries in 20 minutes and every single one of them would be better than that turd of a website.

I live in NJ and I have been around this are before! New Jersey is a really nice place but there is not much to do. Its within a close distance from NYC and Philly if you are willing to drive there, but if not there is not really any nightlife (well, if you're even looking for that.) It is a calm and outdoors based sort of place. The nature is beautiful and there are many parks, farms, and lakes, etc around. If you're the sort who likes to make your own enjoyment then NJ is a great place! But if you're looking for a lot, A LOT, to do then it can get pretty boring.

Not entirely true, there are things to do in Jersey, gotta know where to look. world class dining , lounges, shopping capital(no sales taxes), bars, gentleman clubs,manor parties etc..Thing is Jersey demands money, entertainment will come at a price.

I agree! But realistically for someone in their mid 20s there isn't much unless you have the money. There are so many malls and shopping centers though haha

OP keep at it and it will come. You should come to Tennessee or Georgia! I got a modern house sitting with 4 acres or so here and I paid 1/4 of what you are trying to pay

Land is cheap here. I got 2 horses and I'm thinking about getting some cows for meat. I did have some chickens but some coyotes or something tore them fuckers to feathers

Here you an get 10 acres land no house for less then 100k. probably cheaper depending how far out you want to stay.

Kind of nice coming outside in my boxer draws but can get scary at night lol'

I got some ATV and dirtbikes to keep me busy.

One thing I noticed is when your in the country a lot of stuff happens. Sheriff takes 25 mins just to get to you if they come, and alot of stuff is swept under the rug and you can get away with alot of things
