I never said he was a scammer. He broke the site rules and he got banned. People should STOP trying to appeal against the ban and ask to give him a second chance. Just my 2c.

@Akrant's supporters. He can't be back because it's not possible. From what I have read, he seems to be perma banned, so no chance for him to be back on BHW. Moderators have things to do than bringing back a banned member on BHW.

To everyone who is saying that i should send him my bank details.. I asked him yesterday whether i should send my bank details if he plans to me refund me today.. well i didnt got any reply and only after i opened the thread did he got in touch with me.. anyways me sending him my bank details doesnt really matter as he must have already got my banking details as i transferred the money from my account.. anyways i am sending him my bank details now.. but i have lost good 16 days now.. had he simply delivered on time or else at least refunded on time.. he could have avoided this problem.. or even if he could have given a word about delivery date and then held upto him promise.. but he never seemed like a guy who would want to keep his word.. he just kept on delaying and delaying and giving silly excuses....

i dont whether he will be back or not.. but everyone who is serious about their work should avoid this guys for writing work at all costs..

You are bullshitting without knowing the facts.. just go through the entire folder i just posted.. it is he who proposed rate of $3 per article and not I so if the rate is less than standard it is his problem not mine.. btw i paid $60 in advance... and the rest $60 was to be paid after delivery of articles which was btw February 13th.. which never happened...

He done 20 articles, but they got deleted by PC mistake, but he informed and you were good to carry on the work, and he did it again 20 articles so together 40 articles. which is hell lot of work for price you paid $60.
When he was done you ask for refund , and then you just dont send any bank details and still post crap about him WTF ?

You paid $60 for 20 articles which is $3 per article. Way less than a standart.
But he had to write 40 articles instead.

So anyway , why dont you send him details and why dont you explain real story how you post crap about him and act stupid by refusing to send details to get refund ?

My intention of starting this thread was not to complain that I was ripped because I felt compassion for another human.. The only reason I started the thread was to gives a heads up to people not to deal with this guys as it appeared that maybe some members might be dealing with him outside BHW...

However, its a free world and everyone is free to choose his/her service provider and I cant hold someone back from ordering from someone..

I did what I had to do..

As you read from above, I asked him to send the articles in whatever form they were be it draft.. be it 1or2or3 articles.. i also asked him to either send the articles yesterday (also note I even said send some in whatever form they are) or commit to me to refund my money next day and i will provide him my bank details...

but neither did he send the articles nor did he commit to refund me on Saturday...


and as you were claiming that 20 articles were ready with him.. if that was the case why didnt he send me 20 articles.. as i have been repeatedly asking him to send them in batches..

and somebody gave me -neg rep for giving others a head up......

what i make out after dealing with BeingAkrant is he just keeps on sending mails and giving silly excuses and buying more time... the mail you are quoting.. 1 week before this email i asked him to refund my money.. but he instead replied that he working and will be delivering soon.... again 3 days after that email.. i told him that again couldnt keep his word and he should refund.. instead he gave me a new date.. finally i was fed but with him and his delay.. instead he replies purposefully on Friday saying that he could not refund me on Saturday (which is untrue) and will be refunding me next week.. BTW one more thing to note here is that when he committed to deliver the articles latest by 13th February I also ordered SEO gigs worth $400 for the same site.. $200 from BHW only.... and I told him this also but even then he kept on delaying...

You will notice that he never responds to me on skype and neither did he responded to my email quoted above but as soon as I started this thread he pinged me on skype.. and asked me to remove the thread... when I asked him whether he will refunding me money on Saturday.. he said he cannot refund on Saturday as he doesnt have money and you are saying he was gonna refund had i send him my bank details. This guys doesnt have online facility.. so he could have easily deposited cash in my account at branch..

I never said I was gonna file a police complaint. All I asked of him was to provide me his contact details which he didnt. He only provided them on SKYPE only after I opened the Thread on.
