Let me clear up a few things:
I have been away for a while due to serious health issues I had last year, which have now returned, so I was on and off the hospital bed for a while. This account (RMX) can not be accessed by any other employee of the company, which is why there weren't any official replies, so here I am to respond to what's been asked:
As seen in the screenshot, the SSL certificate shows that it has problems. This might mean that our 3rd party support service was compromised, but I don't have any official confirmation from them about this. We have switched the support to another company now. These rude support replies were not made by any of our staff, and I believe that they were not made by the 3rd party support staff either. It must have been a security breach on their end, as we merely had an iframe from their website to handle support. I apologize to anyone who felt offended by such replies.
Yes, we're perfectly fine with that.
We've hit the configured limit on memory allocated to MySQL server at that time. The server involved has now been upgraded and there should be no more such problems.
We use Internet.bs, NameCheap and a few others, depending on many factors. Of course, you're free to register the domain directly with them, if you prefer.
If you use xRumer or any similar software and we get a complaint, it will be forwarded to you, just so you know we had one. No account will ever be suspended because of complaints.
Please see the actual sales post (1st post in this thread). We state that the rules on our website are intended for general public. We're doing business a bit different with BHW members
There's not much more I can recommend, other than removing the e-mail address of the complaining party from any future e-mails.
As someone has pointed out already, offshore hosts are always subject to attacks. While we do our best to fight them back, some attackers might have temporary success in bringing down some part of our service. We're currently working on setting up a redundant solution to avoid downtime because of such issues.
Please always use the ticket system to ask questions. The tickets are replied to by our own staff (not 3rd party), and there will not be any rudeness, if our support guys (and gals) want to keep their job. Please do NOT PM me here either, as I might be away and unable to answer.
We always help with that. We know that doing it on your own can be difficult, as we're using DirectAdmin. There's no way to import the dump straight in, so if you mention this in a support ticket and provide us with an URL where to download the dump, we'll do the hard work for you.

this is not good, why i always experience this to my site.. i have a dedicated server at rmx ..please fix this , this is so annoying i lost some ranking and money on this stupid homepage with that page.. this must be fixed . calling the admin of rmx .. this is already happened several times ...

Dedicated servers are "Unmanaged". The screenshot suggests that your Apache web server is misconfigured. We are not meant to fix this for you without the "Management service" addon, although we've helped you countless times with similar things already for free.
