Anyone know what Registrar RMX uses to register Domains you would buy with their hosting packs?
Is the Registrar Offshore too?

If I use xrumer to spam my site hosted on RMX across the interwebs and you get spam complaints, will you ignore them or suspend my account or domain at all?
