I apologize for the downtime. The network is under a DDoS attack and we had engineers on site (and still have a few) to resolve the issues.

We had to null-route all traffic to block the attackers, which also meant that all valid requests got blocked as well until the filters started proper routing.

We apologize for the downtime, and will see how we can make up for it. All customers affected by this will get an e-mail notification as soon as we decide on a way to reimburse you.

Their services are very top notch, but i just hope this issue need to be prevented next times as it greatly affected my earning. and not only that some of my top rank keywords in goodle does down because of the download time.. in short I lost some earning.

,a couple hour ago my vps were accessible about 2 hour i believed..and now down again...this is the longest downtime i ever experience ..
rmx need to fix this DDOS issue asap

All attacks are different, but the current filters should mitigate most of it, if anything happens. DDoS is tricky and there is no bulletproof solution against them. Being an offshore host, it is quite common to get attacked in a similar fashion, but then again - we allow most things others don't.
