Not even with sape links.
Unless you can actually hack the algo and postition your site on top there is realistically no chance of doing so in the scope of time you presented.
/e: with services offered here? Not a chance, this is what usually happens, they will give you an estimate of (lets say 15 days), they will complete other orders and start working on yours on the 10th day. So yea, dont think youll be ranking anything in 5 days.

Even if the SEO worker started immediately, and stook to using microniche keywords of 3k monthly searches or less, realistically the site would rank only after about 30 days given Google's current ranking pattern. It takes even longer if you want to rank broader keywords of 20k searches/mo or higher.

I don't think it's possible to rank so quickly. However, if you're using a keyword which has very low competition, then you can expect to rank pretty quickly. Quality of website, SEO and keyword play crucial roles in the ranking of a website.

If the product keyword is new Then it may possible. Make some good content about reviews,good,bad etc and do some web 2.0 & link building then blast them all.

I ahve ranked a new website to 1st spot in a day before...
It all depends on the keyword.. If there is no competition then you will be ranked fast with only one or two back-links.
