It most certainly can be done this was my last one which was ranked in 8 days now getting 50 unique a day from position 3 in Google 50 unique a day's nothing to brag about but its ranked, would have been much faster if I spent time on it, this took me about 2 hours in total.
It's down to the keywords you choose if you wanted to get to page one for finance, insurance etc then this is just never going to happen but for a well-researched low competition keyword you should have no problem doing this in 7 days or less.
