I'm looking into reputation management to see if it's worth pursuing for some clients.
I'd like to move beyond the usual Google Alerts and see if there's something more heavy-duty out there. So far, most of what I've seen is all offered by companies via their websites. I really don't want to go that route and would like to keep everything in-house.
I guess that means software. Any ideas?
BTW- Wikipedia describes rep mgmt this as "Online reputation management, or ORM, is the practice of consistent research and analysis of one?s personal or professional, business or industry reputation as represented by the content across all types of online media. It is also sometimes referred to as online reputation monitoring."
