lol. And why did you think so?

In fact, I saw it again and it again looked like a doorbell to me that sells, err... used to sell on eb@y some years ago!

It also looks like a soft-drink cap-top now.

If you know exactly what those characters mean then it would relate to something else, but it could well be a new car logo something like the Mercedes has... who knows!

Looks too young. Decrease contrast of that blue, and the glossy effect.
Also, it looks like a ready-to-use logo on a template monster site lol.

I think if you remove the white background and it would look good,
i.e. leaving it as a round logo itself and not a round logo in a white box.

Nice use of lighting angels. The .png looks much better without the back whitewash preview in the post. What's the back story? I like logos that stand out in any modified setting (ie. black & white, shades of gray, photocopies, etc). Keep that in mind for your design.

Hard to say if it's good without knowing what it's for. I mean from a technical perspective it shows you might have skills. You have some nice lighting effects and stuff going on. But without knowing what it's for it's hard to say if it's good.
