@iamsilent buddy you need to calm down and do some more research, you are buying crap. I can sell you crap on a paper will you buy it? I can even sell you the statue of liberty, and give you a quick claim deed. Interested?
Listen domaining takes time and money, unless you know a market inside out that you feel comfortable investing in, other wise your best bet would be to save some serious dough I will say min $1,000 and participate on the auctions. yes, you can buy domains for less than that, but very desirable domains are not gonna go for $9.99. Haven't you heard? Almost all generic words from the english vocubulary, as well N, NN, NNN, NNNN, L, LL, LLL, LLLL .com's are all ready register.

Do you own it? and .net domains are sold about 50% of the .com version and .org at 15% unless they are hot items like realestate.net or finance.net or loans.org or rental.org or 111.org or 2.org. Usually .net domains are valued @ 50% of the .com value and .org at 12% of the value of the .com unless you own all 3 and sell them in bulk. The new hot ticket items are .pro witch not everyone can get their hands on and to register for more than one year you need to be a verifiable business and the new ones coming out 2013/2014, .xxx got tons of sales but very low hot tickets recorded.

lol what a thread! - @op I almost cried when you said you bought horizontal.com on auctions wtf - like Im scraping auctions everyday and I let horizontal.com slip through. and to OP you rarely see 1 word .com/net/org domains on auctions most of them are backordered already. 
get it appraised in domainkaforum.
