I am thinking to sell my blog by brokering with you.

Blog is established in june 2009 with original written content.
Have pr 1 ,dropped from pr 3 and alexa rank 2,400,881 .
getting 100 visitors per month , no revenue.I opened my blog only for readership but it can bring $30-$40 per review.I have the proof's.
I am not working on it for few months.
Has great potential if you put even little work.

can you please tell the worth of my blog? I want to sell it.

I'm thinking about bidding on a site on Flippa but I've been going back and forth a bit on making a bid that makes sense.

1) Niche dropship sales site - been in business since 2004
2) Average Gross Profit for 2012 - $400 per month, Average Net Profit - $150
3) Facebook site with about 500 followers
4) Google Page Rank: 3
5) #1 or #2 in a number of key search phrases
6) No advertising but with some SEO
7) About 6000 visitors per month
8) Site needs redesign, product updating, new suppliers, questionable sustainable profitability (had a bad 2012)

Please let me know what you think when possible, thanks for your help!

With net profit at $150 I wouldn't pay anything (and anything I would pay would be a goodwill payment). After owner time spent running the site, it is worthless. If you have a good plan to expand the site then maybe bid $1000 - but I think that would be generous. If it's already ranking #1 and #2 for a number of terms then it probably doesn't have too much growth potential.

Not worth much. Maybe $500 if you can prove the income from paid reviews. Try Flippa if you want to sell.

I would take a look for you - but I think you need to pick up some new traffic sources first.

Well, this is what I have so far. I just created a rough sketch of everything, but I never sold my site on flippa besides the other time I tried to sell it an it did'nt sell. Basically what I am asking is for some advice on how to make this more appealing to people who are interested in this site as well as what price should I start the bid off and what should be the buyout price in your honest opinion. Any advice is always greatly appreciated
