Wow thanks. Only problem I could see is that it's a copyrighted term but I don't think either of these companies cares since there's a lot of Emds ranking in these niches. Will this hurt my prices significantly?

Subdomain is a Blog with PR2 aswell --- Not monetized- reason i shifted address and i have to delete adsense account and open up a new one.

I have a site promoting an affiliate product.

Earnings:

Oct 2012 = 1150
Nov 2012 = 980
Dec 2012 = 2320
jan 1-24 2013 = 3240

From Jan 15 to 24 site is averaging $190 a day

Site background:

Domain registered last September 2012

October and November the site is in number 4-7 in serps for main keyword and probably 8-20 for secondary keywords

December the main keyword jumped to 2 and all secondary keywords jumped to first page, then theres a one week google dance and all secondary keywords fell but main keyword remain in number 2.

Then after january 10 google "update/no-update" the site hits number # 1 and all secondary keywords dance from #2-10. After panda #24 site still number #1 for main keyword and secondary keywords settled from #2 -#3.

main keyword exact match search is more than 8k
secondary keywords combined exact match probably 6k

Traffic:

Uniques = 300-400 per day
pageviews = 500-800 per day

I got a lot of visitor from image search from a term which is closely related to my niche.

Content:

Wordpress Blog
more or less 10 pages
probably more than 50 blog posts
all quality unique content ranging from 300 words to 1800 per article.

Backlink profile:

Solid backlinks, no shitty links. site just have more than 250 backlinks but all came from high quality site with unique articles.

Cost and expense:

monthly $10 for hosting.

I have an eCommerce website that sells gas scooters online.

$48,500 revenue, $6,600 net profit. How much would it be worth?

It made this in 3 months through adwords and any organic ranking it had. I ended up abandoing it for another project I had so it has not generated sales for just under a year. It's potential if started on backlinks could be $500k in revenue for a year. Currently has no organic ranking but all SEO done.

I had another website that sold the same items with many page1 rankings. It had a 6month $250k revenue with around $35k net profit. I sold it for $65,000 to a friend whom has it pulling $600k/year in revenue with $70-80k net profit.

66% pinterest traffic, 33% direct, 1% search.
its been earning autopilot for a few months now.
the content is not original so would i still be able to find a buyer?

Difficult to value seeing as it isn't very old, relies on Pinterest and doesn't have original content. Probably best to keep it.

I'm thinking about bidding on a site on Flippa but I've been going back and forth a bit on making a bid that makes sense.

1) Niche dropship sales site - been in business since 2004
2) Average Gross Profit for 2012 - $400 per month, Average Net Profit - $150
3) Facebook site with about 500 followers
4) Google Page Rank: 3
5) #1 or #2 in a number of key search phrases
6) No advertising but with some SEO
7) About 6000 visitors per month
8) Site needs redesign, product updating, new suppliers, questionable sustainable profitability (had a bad 2012)
