The issue is that we were using newlines instead of carriage returns. Most word editors view them as the same, but a couple programs (Notepad is the prime offender) do not.
I have changed newlines into carriage returns (\n into \r\n) for the bulk exporter so you should be good to go from here on out.
For your development question, we have several different types of algorithm updates/additions. Our algorithm is designed to "learn" from any user input (whether that is manual spinning, or even just entering and spinning a new article). So in a sense it is updating every second.
In terms of real "code" updates we roll out updates generally every week. Two days ago we rolled out a couple updates designed to increase the speed of the Turing Spinner, and the week before we rolled out several updates designed to increase the quality of nested spinning. Those sorts of updates come pretty frequently but generally aren't mentioned because they are almost always "behind the scenes" updates. Although, in the future I think I am going to try to be a little more transparent about those small little updates, just so people know that WordAi is not static and is actively being developed and improved.
We also have a couple very major updates that are being worked on which will dramatically improve the quality of WordAi. A couple of them are coming in a couple weeks, and we have a very large update planned in 2 months or so that will lead to a very dramatic increase in readability and uniqueness. It has been, from the start, my goal to create AI that can automatically write content as effectively as a human can, and this upcoming update will bring us very close to that goal.
That is great thanks for making the update I will test it out later tonight! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the quick response and action taken. I never thought of opening the txt files with another word processor but that is good to know for the future about the carriage returns (I do a lot of programming myself).
As for the updates - you should definitely be more transparent about them it would be really beneficial to you! I'm always impressed with the quality of the spins and always assumed there was work going on routinely but other people need to be sold on the idea
I'm excited for the major updates! You should post on this thread with the update details as they are released. I wrote an article on my website giving a great review of WordAI hopefully it brings in a few more sales!
