Ive been trying to get new proxies since the first week i got mine and wanted new ones and no ones replied to me about fixing this.. and they are trying to bill me for next month and the proxies are blacklisted and have been useless to me can i get compensated?!?!



There is a long queue but they will be delivered within the TAT time.

Its been 24 hours and I havent received my list

Hmmm..
36 hours after my purchase and havent got anything. Other providers activate the proxys in just 10 minutes. Kinda in a hurry and have to wait days.
Sorry but have to speak the truth to the community.

I wasn't sure of the description but does the proxies resets after 3-5 days and a new set is issued? confused.

So I made payment to get my service active again (wasn't going to use them so I didn't pay that month), got the email for the 1-48 hours automated response, 4 days later no proxies, I also made a support ticket about getting an invoice to make another payment a day after I made a payment that has yet to be responded to.
