I've tried to contact him but he ignored me....

He should have been banned from the first time. Just because he refunded the money when a SL was opened after long no communication period doesn't mean he's not a scammer. I suggest he gets banned regardless if he pays up or not.

It's impossible that fuhrer1 retrieve me the money, but at least I avoid others to making the same mistake...

I suggest he gets banned regardless if he pays up or not.

You have to consider the OP though. If I were to immediately ban "fuhrer1",
he would have nothing to lose and therefore the OP would have NO possible
chance of ever seeing his money again. On the other hand, if "fuhrer1" fails
to make an appearance on this thread by late tomorrow, we can assume that
he has no desire to resolve this issue, and he will be banned as a result.

Either way, $190 and $10 have their own differences between them. When he was replying on Skype and suddenly stopped, then it's to be considered. At least, he could have replied on Skype and asked for time from OP.

Well, first of all it's 'paid' not 'payed' and if you really spend some time reading my sentences, you would understand that I did not say he was legit or otherwise, I was just saying that I am pretty sure he will refund him in the next few days or weeks.

OP, sorry this was an expensive lesson you had to learn. Pretty sure paypal will refund you if you contect them and explain. Even a simple text file is still a product if its being sold by someone.
