hi, im indian i live in china i applied for a payoneercard , here in china i dont have permanent address or all utility bills in chinese so i give me indian address but my request declined.Due to instructions from the Indian local banking authorities, Payoneer cannot be offered to applicants in India. is there any solution for my problem?

In order to ship the card to China, you need to have a legal residence there. Unfortunately, due to prepaid card and online payment regulations, we will be unable to ship a card there otherwise.

OP, I've got my Payoneer card few years back from elance. Due inactivity on account it was closed. But it said something on page that it can be reactivated. Can you help me reactivate it, that I want to use it to accept payments from Clickbank. Card expires on 05/13. Or do I need to apply for new card?

That would depend on the rules and regulations implemented by the RBI. Payoneer does not prohibit Indians from using our cards, the restriction is made by the RBI (which prohibits non-Indian companies from issuing cards to Indian residents).

if i'm not mistaken the reactivation fee and card activation fee is roughly the same, so if i were you, i'd just apply for a new card which will be valid for another 2 years, instead of 2 months if you choose to reactivate it
you need to use a different email address when you apply for the new card

There is no charge to re-enable an account. Accounts are disabled only for security reasons, if you already paid the one-time activation fee it won't be charged again.
