If you haven't then send an email through as we can sort that out for you

However, on that note; Yes we will be bring back our own tracking and this is one reason why we will be closing for a couple of weeks (this Friday) so we can get that up and running. Most clients have more than one site with us so we we really need to bring that back in house so we own the the data etc

Nope. we're saying that we cannot guarantee #1 position, we clearly state first page not#1. never have and never will. However, many of our clients are in the top 3!

Also, totally agree, lets go separate ways so I've cancelled your account and refunded the payment made on the 16th
