I don't do anything illegal.
I just bought a Ducati Streetfighter 848 a few weeks ago with cash.
I personally don't care for the idea that you may be screwing a bigger company... cuz, f_ck 'em, that's why.
I'm saying it's a really, really, really, really, bad idea to keep making a living through ill gotten gains, because you will get caught at some point. Imagine having everything taken from you, all of your friends and family leaving you while you cry alone in the dark at night in a prison cell, dreaming of the day you can make your triumphant return to society, if that ever happens; all of it because you wanted to sell some fake jeans on ebay.
I'd reccomend pulling your head out of your asz and figuring out a legal way to get what you want in life.

I don't do it myself. But I've seen some companies with big money behind them doing counterfeit. The thing is if you do it as a single individual without money and power. Your counterfeit competitors will get you caught.

Right now I'm remodeling a house I picked up for 9,000 dollars and babysitting a few bots.

What sort of house is available in the market for $9000 ? Did you have to flame throw out the crackheads or are things just cheap in your neck of the woods ?

Someone did break in here right before I bought it. That made the negotiation with HUD a little easier. House is complete with concrete floors (very sturdy and long lasting), two beds, one unfinished and incomplete bathroom (saves on water) no kitchen (more chance to dine out and get acquainted with local restaurants) and a nice half acre of fenced in yard for the dogs.
It basically is a living nightmare. But I'm going to put in the market for 150k before the end of 2013.
I'm living here now. I'm saving a TON of money on bills, and I've got a super fast internet connection.

Wow remodeling a house huh nice.You bought it for 9k (did anyone die in there? Because thats why they drop the prices haha lol just kidding) and you will put in the market for 150k serious profit mate , how much do you estimate all the expenses for remodeling?
As for the counterfeit market , it depends on the products but yes if you do a little research you will see there are many products over saturated and profit is so slim.

anyway, back on topic.. counterfeit goods are not disappearing, they're just getting more and more difficult to distinguish from the authentic goods. but why take the risk when you can make the same money selling legit stuff?? Its just a question of finding the right niche, as always. In the past year I have shipped for around 50 000 USD worth of goods, mostly thru my ecommerce sites and all is unbranded = 100% legal. The thing is to keep finding hot products, because they get saturated veeery quickly.. but that's where the lazy people lose and the hard working, sharp ones win
@furious george: nice job, I know someone who does the same as you restoring houses and then flipping them.He also does it for cars, and is doing very well.
