I just now bought the paypal vcc from bluesaphire and everything was virtually instant. I inquired on Skype, she explained, then I sent the money, then a few minutes later she gave me the card info, then she stayed with me through the PayPal linking process with the billing address verification, until it was all complete.

Very fast service with full support.

hello . ...... i understand you vcc only verify the pp but what if i want to add funds to the pp account , im not using to pp to collect funds i only want to pay for things.

is this possible , i just need to add like $36 to each i buy ? thx

edit .... the country is not important , but lets say anywhere in main europe ie france , germany , italy , austria. and for australia
