Just some update. PP asked me to verify one of my card..... id, address proof.... I asked bluesaphire to tell me which bank issue the card, so that I can deal with pp. But he never replied. I wait for a real long time.

This is something you should take into consideration, you can get your vcc but if you got any problem with pp. You won't get any support even with a simple question.
