two weeks to go for my third payment for therankingguys service, they gave me 2 (easier kw) to 5 mths estimation and up until now none of my 12 kw improve. Frankly i m panic. I understand Dan is in difficult time. I just wanna to clear things up but from 22 Jan until now, the only reply is to make skype appointment with me but never turn up(twice). Hope things will improve shortly.

All the emails except for today's have been replied to, we back up to speed.

I just sent you a list of some sites I might be starting as a reseller. How does that work? I refer them to get on the regular pricing with my link or we can do it by me telling you the sites and details to verify?

This kind of wories me too... I've tried 2 of the "good" threads around this forum regarding SEO services and none turned out OK...

Its just a second week with The Ranking Guys, I couldn't expect much results at this point, but I believe you said you'd be giving weekly reports every friday, which I still haven't received. Also I asked for your skype, you gave it to me via email and then never accepted my request there. Still waiting also for you to reply to my email in which I asked you what's up with that report. I'm wondering do you still think that you can rank my site or are you having too much job and can't handle all the tasks?

P.S. Dan, I really hope your father is better already and only good things will happen to him.

We had some issues with the rank tracking solution we had, so we moved to a new one. I sent you an email regarding both the skype issue and rank tracking URLs.

Our official communication channel is email for everything relating to the service. In some cases, we can schedule a skype chat if it's needed, but apart from that we are not online all that much as our priority is setting/monitoring and tweaking campaigns which get the job done.

Here is my review:
For being full 1 month with this service I didn't
see not even 1 link to show up in GWT, ahrefs, opensiteexplorer or majestic.
I didn't want to pay second month before seeing actual work done for my site.
So I asked for a simple report, showing that some work is delivered.

Response was:
"I am sorry but we don't provide any reports when it comes to work done."
So I insisted on getting some proof of work:
"I don't want full complete report, but couple of samples of your work"

And ofcourse the answer was the same. I normally wouldn't ask for a report
but in case I can't really see anything being done, I need something to make me believe we're okay.

"We get results because we do things totally different, if you want loads of links that will rank you for a month or two
then this really is not the service for you. We get results"

Results with keeping fingers crossed that site will rank and not doing anything to rank
isn't that much a of a good deal for me.

I am unsubscribing this service with no actual proof that work is being done.

Was it so hard to show 3 pages of sites containing links pointing to my site?
Perhaps there is nothing to report. I haven't heard anyone get their site ranked
without any links.

And yes site is right where it was 1 month ago.

No point arguing with this guy hence we agreed that we should part ways! The site was starting to show improvements within the first couple of weeks or so. We do not provide reports and we do state that! You reckon that your site didn't improve yet you wasn't even in the top 500 when you came to us. Also remember, we stated 2-4 months to rank your terms, you've been with us a few days short of 4 weeks! We can't please everyone I guess but never mind. Our average client has over 2 sites with us and over 80% of them have been with us since day one! Sure we get the odd people we cannot please but that's life I guess, we try our best to resolve any issue but sometimes you have to just say lets go different ways. This was one of those scenarios

I don't understand why you keep saying I wasn't in top 500 when the site was pretty much on first page when I jumped on board. This tracker is from Tommy's Secret SEO service which is still working. Have it your way. I thought I am upgrading by moving to this service from Secret SEO but it was Tommy's service who got me on first page.

The site in itself is old and established.

We don't provide ranking reports like we used to, we now use two different services and provide clients with the URLs. You may remember the post a couple of weeks ago saying that we are shutting that down as it took up so much time and we prefer to rank sites, not play with servers.

We don't need to send reports if you have those URLS but please do email as we don't track this thread a huge amount. Bumping isn't our style
