Anyone else had a problem with BODEEZY?

Bodeezy.com took my money and not completing work. I am just curious if anyone else is having this problem?

I contacted them on the 21st about getting some of their software tweaked for my needs and I was offered a great price on the updates and was told they were simple and would be done within a few hours. Now 4 days later I have nothing but exucesses and now they are just plain ignoring me.

Based on this I would not recommend doing business with these people unless you like giving away your money.

Bodeezy try to sell me the yahoo bot through aim, But I didn't trust him at all, seemed like a scammer because he was so desperate for my money at the time. He kept contacting me every now then asking me that if i dont buy it now at this special price, it will go up in the next half hr. Something like that, I remember. Then he kept pushing me to sign up his empty forum, which i had no interest at all.

Ya he was all like oh this is simple it will be done in a few hours. 4 days later I don't see it and get the same "It will be done today". After finding this I got really worried about just plain losing my money.

Google bodeezy and click on "YouTube - Frank Bell - "The Penguin" bodeezy.com version" guy can sing but looks like someone who likes to smoke on the dro and take peoples money.

well, the only thing i ever got involved connected with bodeezy is; his software, his website offers a demo, but it never worked on my machine. i was planning to mail him about that bug, but it never got that far. maybe in the weekend, i will mail him.

I was thinking about purchaseing some software from him. Nor sure now if I should. I was looking at the posting bots. There was a thread here that got real nasty and went down the tubes fairly quick. Started out pretty good. He was offering a discount and essential clix seemed to give the demo version a good review. Then the guy pissed off a few respectable members here and never really did get any objectionable reviews after that. Seems they were priced very good with the BHW discount offered. I am confused this is the first I read about bad business dealings. I mean the other thread seemed more personal and anger, than dissing the software.

Not that I am the eternal optimist, but i had a similar dealing with them this week. I turns out that Bo was in the middle of moving this week and thats why he was unable to complete alot of software products this week. I was in the same boat as you all. I found that if you contract his partner on AOL IM: Rwlndb : That I was able to get alot of my work done. He was actually pretty friendly. Guess you have to realize these guys have lives too.

Bo seems like a cool guy, never spoke with FREQ.... (but he has a good sense of humor), well this is sad and we will just have to wait to see how stuff go's, hope everything is alright with everyone in the end, BUT for now, everyone dont waste the sunshine, GET BACK TO WORK.

So what are your guys thoughts on using these type of programs. I mean even if they are from another programmer, all aside. Would you recomend using bots to make good money? It's been several yrs. but I remember in chat rooms you could always tell when it is a bot was trying to get you to click on a link. But as far as posters go, like my space, you tube etc.

Bodeezy is either completely lying or he doesn't talk to his partner very much. Look at the emails I got from him or his partner yesterday / today...

Email 1 from me:
"ok I am tired this crap... I have a few options for you. You can return my money so I can appy it towards a programmer who is going to get the job done and we can just forget about this. Or if you make me go the hard way and fight for my money back. I will do everything in my power to make you pay for ripping me off."

Email 1 from Bodeezy:
"Bro, fuckin relax. It wasn't done yet. Google doesn't cover intangible goods like software anyway. You just kind of nullified any further updates with this shit if you wanted to just piss me off. Good work."

Email 2 from me:
"Bro,

Listen to yourself bro. Is this how you run a company? Do you think you are achieving good word mouth when you?re treating people like they are LUCKY to have you doing work for them?

I am ?paying you? to do work for me and you have been treating me like crap! Repeatedly telling me EVERYDAY that I will have it today today today today today. How many todays will I hear?

Think about it? I don?t know you. I was told I would have this update in a few hours! Now 5 days later I still don?t have it. What would you do? Would just sit around and go, ?Oh they are good people
they would never do me wrong.? Or would you be like, ?Holy hell I think I just got ripped off?. Personally I think 90% of the world would feel like me.

This is how we deal with idiots who try to jump the gun on some ignorant shit. Maybe you should have thought about how valuable you connection with this company was before you instantly cut it off by trying to charge back without even talking to us. Enjoy your software."


As you can see bodeezy is fronting on here or these emails were from his partner. I honestly don't know. What I do no is that an update that was promissed to me within a few hours; 5 days later I still don't have it.

I did applyed for a chargeback through google checkout last night about midnight.
