Anyone else had a problem with BODEEZY?

I heard bad stuff about frequency Honestly, not bodeezy, I talk to Bo a lot and he is professional, I don't know frequency so well but I see there are bad stuff about him from many voices, I doubt this is Bodeezy though, and I'm sorry if so that this is connected to Bo's business, just my input. Above I see Bo replied, I honestly hope you get your services in all matters though.

After talking to bo I found out those emails weren't not from him but his partner. Bo appoligized about all this and has been working on my software. I still haven't got it but I have faith that he will come through now....

Right here!, Shaba your an idiot and cant figure out how the programs work. LOL thats y they dont work, also if you have a bad niche and a bad message then nobody is going to click. So there is your reason for the problem your having. Then programs work great you just need to be intelligent enough to use them. LOL So before you try to say something doesnt work. Figure out how to use them first. People that know how to use them, know that they work.

With that said, i do alot of biz and there are customers that i have turned down because i can tell they are idiots or whinny bitches. These are the people that are complaining here. Every biz is going to have bad customers that try to ruin them, I will just keep rollin with the puches. Dont let these guys fool you. If you want to discuss biz then hit me up on aim: rwlndb or yahoo: surfingdaytona. And i will let you know what my biz is really all about. For those of u that have lost out, thats your bad.

Also for the record, freq is my boy and he doesn't put up with whinny bitches and refuses to work with them, which i would to but i like to do biz, keep my reputation, and make people happy. Sometimes you just cant, so u get told to fuck off. In my opinion freq is keeping it real, and if you have a prob with him then you have a problem with me. Don't talk shit about my people, they do everything they can , but some people are just to fucked in the head or to dumb to work with. Don't piss him off or hit him up on im with your "kase" little dumb as questions. Freq told u to fuck off cause you hit him up talking about bull shit. We dont have time for your 14 year old bull shit. U never bought anything and just bother us with shit. So thats y ur upset, because u were asking dumb ass questions and got told to fuck off. wha wha !

I contacted them on the 21st about getting some of their software tweaked for my needs and I was offered a great price on the updates and was told they were simple and would be done within a few hours. Now 4 days later I have nothing but exucesses and now they are just plain ignoring me.

Based on this I would not recommend doing business with these people unless you like giving away your money.

BO,First off i am not 14 years old im 21. And i did not complaine about shit. I was appoligising to Freq Because i made a sarcastic remark that on diaboliks Post about Freq being a "Faggot"... I never talked BS! I was being Real with him!

I don't look at you,For Just business,your a skater so i figured we had a connection with the skateboard scene. and as far as me selling your products,i'm all for it i have nothing against neither of you guys. I have been busy with my family and saying good bye's. so i haven't had time to promote your products.

A well-designed program shouldn't need much "figuring out" if the designer has the user in mind from the start.

On the other hand, when the interface designer expects the user to understand a paradigm that is unintuitive to those users, the application will likely have some support issues.

This is usability / information architecture 101.

So complex mechanisms in software shouldn't take a moderate amount of understanding? Everything should be easy? The more intricate the software the more understanding and dexterity are required to use said software.

This is easily understood if you take proxy changers for example. It's easy as hell to use, but if you can't even spell "Proxy" it's going to be tough for you. If I jumped the gun and bought some of your software, then complained and demanded a refund because I didn't take the time or apply the effort to understand how to use the program. Say right in your disclaimer it says you are not liable for the merchantability of my methods or inability to use said program yet despite that, you explain it anyway. Then after several attempts patiently describing the instructions to me, I failed to even acknowledge your instruction and instead threatened you and charged-back without hesitation, I doubt you'd be in much of a mood to help me anymore either.

vemone, yes, I see, but it was a question that had to be asked. If there was no documentation, or if the documentation had been written for a programmers level of knowledge, then it is not good in the least.

I don't use too many programmers anyway, and I have a few that I like and will stick with.
 
There is plenty of documentation, tutorials, videos, and screenshots for all of our software and most of the instruction comes from 1st-hand experience with one of our programmers. We teach you how to use it instead of just slapping down a pdf and waving goodbye.

Its not just "here ya go, see ya later."

There are plenty of posts in this forum talking about making money with our software. So what was that about not installing Vemone? I didn't know computers were that accessible to people with Down's Syndrome! I'm glad people with your disability are able to get online these days.

I'm not going to bother responding to these straw man arguments anymore. If anyone has a legitimate question I'll be happy to field them.
