For myself, I have no problem with this. As far as I am concerned, there is no "right" to breed, in fact there is a social obligation to be able to take care of any children that you create. Current law supports this philosophy; that is why so many men are in jail for failing to pay child support. While a person may have a right to not be forced to undergo surgical sterilization, at what point does the consequences of a person's behavior erode that right, and underscore societies' obligation to prevent hoards of fatherless children from overwhelming the social infrastructure and backsliding the entire human race back into the mud with the monkeys and the amphibians?

I think eugenics should be done capitalist-style, by setting up a charitable organization that pays a large cash reward (say $5000) to any male that has a vasectomy. If you think about it, that would target the very demographic you are trying to get rid of, i.e. younger, less affluent and impulsive males that will do something foolish "right now" and then regret it later. Finally, I think it's is extremely naive to make any kind of movement or expression without the firm belief that everything that you do or say is being recorded. Too many people get hung up on the "surveillance" aspect of our New Police State. They figure that they are either being observed, or they are not being observed, when in fact it's much worse than that.
To be observed, or surveilled means that you either attracted interest or you did not. You can be "safe" in a surveillance state. But you aren't being surveilled, you are being RECORDED, which means 5, 10, 20 years from now they can take a look at the things you typed, things you said, places you went, things you purchased etc...
So, for example, lets say one day you decide to celebrate Guy Fawkes day by "striking back" or whatever. Don't plan on getting away with it. Plan on getting caught. Because they will not only have some kind of record of everything that you did on the day of the "action", they will also have a record of everything that led up to that day. Every step along a person's ideological path to destroy the current social order will have been documented and used as evidence against you. And, as Artificial Intelligence develops, eventually they will be able to predict those types of actions. This is where the "War on Terror" is really going. One day they will take you away because the algorithm says there is a statistically high likelihood that you WERE going to do something. Makes no difference if you actually did anything or not. Or I suppose you can knuckle under and ingest whatever shit they feed you.
