Is there any website or any software to track all social metrics(facebook likes,twitter shares and re-twitts,pintrests,digg,stumbleupon,and tumbler) for a particular link or post at one place.


Can any one suggest me such kind of software and any website will helps me a lot.

Thanks friend. that one really works for the one who are having the social media details for loging. But How to get the details with out loging? I need the tracking for a link to which we have to get the number of likes and shares. similarly the number of twits and retwits.

Please help for such type of softwares friend.
