Rip Off

So I got my details, followed the instructions exactly as in the guide. After the first transaction I make of $35, my account gets limited and I need to supply a document. After supplying the document, my account gets permanently limited. I'm no idiot and know how to follow instructions properly. The account was probably limited due to the fact I was using their shared Philippines VPN which a bunch of other customers probably used to create accounts too. Anyway, it's just money down the drain from me. Glad I didn't purchase the US bank account which I was about to 10 mins before this happened. Apparently "there's always risks with new accounts". IMO that's no excuse to sell stuff that doesn't work.

To All Respected Members.

We had recently received a Complaint that one of the PayPal account of our client get limited and he's claiming that he had followed our instructions.

The Limitation occur due to possible reasons mentioned below:

1- You have a new account and you had received Payment as "good" or "tangible items" which impose a big risk to Buyers and for that reason they ask proof of delivery and invoices. And if you supplied them and they still become suspicious then they will close the account

2- For the above reason we highly recommend to all new PayPal account holder to send and receive funds via "services" option/mode and we had clearly mentioned in our guide book.

3- Always remember that you are dealing with stealth account and there always be a risk so no one will guarantee. If you want to walk on a safe side then walk on the right path but still no guarantee because this is PayPal.

4- Search this BHW forum, you will find tons of threads claiming that PayPal has closed the Real Legit Accounts with tons of bucks stuck in it for no obvious reasons and even they call them and provide them real legit Documents and they are using without VPN/proxy

5- Always remember. Where there is PayPal, there is a risk so its up to you weather you want to play or not.

Sorry, but you are an idiot indeed. So far, I only heard and suspected that but now I can almost confirm it too.

I am 100% convinced this offer is not a rip off because I have personally talked to many people who literally managed to make a living using secondeye's help. Earlier they couldnt because paypal decided to have some bullshit limits, rules and such for no apparent reason

I've seen you "shitting" on other peoples threads before actually buying their shit.

When you say this is a "Rip Off", I am offended because obviously I have used this service and know many others who gained so much from it. There is a 5% chance of failing even with this service which is quite fair IMO. Rather than sorting it out with the seller privately, you decide to call this a "Rip Off" which is very unfair and dumb.
