So lets see if I got this right. Even if I'm a not a US citizen you can provide me a verified Paypal account with all the documents, an US address, an US bank account with a debit card that I can use around the world with no problems?
But my question is, who will that account belong to? Surely not me, as the documents that are necessary for the account to be verified are not mine. Can that account be traced back to me?
