It actually sounds easy and straight forward.

1. Pick the clients from the directory yourself
2. Design everything, the templates and the letters
3. Outsource it for a few bucks so all are ready to be sent
4. Receive orders
5. Outsource the orders
6. ???????
7. PROFIT!!

Cold calling does work, albeit the response rate is so much harder to make in your favour.

.... or just mass blast out emails but don't offer the SEO service. Just offer them a free report something "5 Ways to Increase Your Business Revenue by at least 50%". Then put your SEO Service with pics on second place and first position list TV, third radio and then add some more clever yada-yada. Works very good with emails but much more better in a usual mail.

Awesome tuts there. Really liked the fact that you broke it down real easy. I have just one question: Do you think this can work using youtube? To clarify, I mean would this work if I created a service-related keyword targeted video on youtube e.g. "wedding photographer in london", ranked it and contacted different businesses asking them to pay a monthly rental fee (will only offer it to one business of course)? Please let me know. Thanks.
