Sorry to hear you got slammed on rankings but you can't blame it on the service. I have used this package on many sites very successfully and one not such (but it didnt rank before or after). With Google we all know that your on-page is now extremely important as is your link profile. I'd be happy to take a look at your site but you are the SEO manager of your site and it's your failure not a service. Some sites can't take the juice and pay the price but over 6 years now of doing this and being fried by first Panda, then Penguin, then EMD I can walk the minefield that is Google Algos with the best of them.
My point is, if *you* make one fatal mis-step it will blow your site up. The link service didn't do it, your total strategy did.

It's funny you mention that, since I did have a small discussion with him before ordering his SEO service and I quote " I couldn't find meta information, like meta keywords and meta description. If you can add these, I'm sure it'll be pretty good onsite." "Go ahead and place your order."
Obviously I did update what he recommended I should do.
Messaging back and forth to further look into my problem when my rankings dropped his response was "
on/around 18-19th of December. Peculiarly however you, with another two members reported me with ranks disappearing on the very same day".
So it's 3 of of us thus far affected by this service. It was all going good and he had recommended I purchase 1 of the last 2 packages, but as soon as my site is hit and I need help all he can do is recommend me to buy some bs service from him or someone else lol.
Your $ is good but as soon as your site is hit well too bad for you
His lame responses were "well you can see our service works" - works how exactly? rank my site then it vanishes in a few days? lol

Good thing none of my clients come from Google.com or else I'd be in a big loss, I just think this guy could have handle the situation better - it just goes off to show how much someone really cares.
