Yes the best option is a vps and I recommend death by captcha and decaptcher but approximatively 4 hours daily they have servers overloaded at same hours . If you have good private proxies, you can create 400 or more

per ip how much account per day do you recommended ?
and how much price for proxy provider that you recomended?

I recommend 1$ / private proxy (all providers have this price for private proxies and 0.5$ for shared proxies) and if they are good you can create up to 9 accounts/ ip without phone verification but not in the same day.
I recommend you to use same private proxies in different days not the same day to light bulb

That means these accounts would are not PVA? Meaning that Google can ask for phone verification anytime because it suspects 'unusual" activity? Because google can be a bitch sometimes and ask for phone numbers anytime. Those who have bought this, how long does the accounts last? Do google ask your phone number after a few logins?

We have testers that their accounts are still live for some weeks ago and get traffic from them. The accounts it's not pva and as I said you can login with all types of private proxies from different countries because google will not ask you to confirm them with a phone number

Our testers and customers do mass upload mass commenting and rating with accounts and they have great success with them
