Hey OP, mind sharing what method did you use to find those keywords?
No not at all. Don't bother wasting your time with them just send me the list and I'll give you some money for your trouble
In all seriousness have you done your research correctly? 30 keywords with 10K global searches a month with medium to low competition sounds too good to be true. Did you change the setting from broad to exact? and have you looked at the competition to see how hard/long it will be before you start ranking on the first page let alone in the top 5
I use a program made by a member here. They are actualy low to medium competition. I have a plan for me and a buddy to feed each site 1-2 articles a day. Probaly outsoure a couple writers for this task. And no people don't pm me your article services cause you'll get a very nasty reply back in your inbox.
Doing my research I have found 30 exact domain matchs with over 10k global searchs each. I am tempted to buy them and turn them into either micro niche sites or authority sites.. my question is, are niche sites still profitable?
Thanks.
Yes they are profitable but I would advice you to make just 1 site and merge all the MNS sites into it. This will save ur money buying the domain and also you will rank easily as the site will gain authority after some months.
OP, if you planning to create a single page site and ranking them please refrain. It would help you only if you keep on adding content periodically and leave the backlinks unspammed...
It depends how long hes planning to have them ranking for. If he just wants to rank it quick, make some money and then let it get slapped, 1 page sites can still work for low competition keywords (it just wont survive the updates). Google is fine with a new site having a single page + some pages (privacy, disclaimer, etc.), what they seem to not be okay with is a site that stays that size for months while backlinks grow, but it takes them a while before they flag this. This strategy is only good if he knows how to rank sites in about a month or quicker though.
We are planning multiple page sites with one or two articles on each page.
