Commenting on Videos: 1 per 4min // 15 p/hour // 360 p/day
Commenting on Channels : 1 per 4min // 15 p/hour // 360 p/d
Subscriptions : 1 per 2.5 min // 24 p/hour // 575 p/day
Message sending output : 1 per 4min // 15 p/hour // 360 p/day
Video Share : 1 per 2 min // 30 p/hour // 720 p/day

those informations are for account not getting banned. like 1 comment one every 4 minute is ok and 1 comment on every 3 minute will lead to ban on account right? just to think what i have done wrong in last few days...

I think you really have to try hard to get banned. Only after numerous flags will they ban you. (The server raises a flag when you try and push it too hard)
