You could answer the people (e.g. via email) and tell them you're sorry, the item is already gone, but you felt obliged to look up some alternatives and then give him 2-3 to product pages - that mustn't be yours altogether, I think if your aff link is the most attractive of the three, he would buy that. Point is to make it look like it's three random products /suppliers. Give a staples, a newegg and an amazon link, let the amazon product be the most inviting.
 
Has amazon updated the stats yet for any of you guys? Mine still stuck on the day before...

Just to ask since I must be stupid, do all of you manually submit your ads? I am manually doing it and it takes like 10-15 minutes for each ad because of registration and such. Any way to automate it a tad? Considering hiring myself a freelancer to do it though.

Amazon updates stats 1 time per day, for me it's between 6am - 7am Pacific Standard Time (Yes this sucks balls :()

It could even be alot more than that. There are people here at bhw making $10k or more each month on amazon. I only advertise within 200 miles of Dallas/Ft. Worth. If I advertised nationwide, I probably would have easily banked over $1k in a week. :)
 
Also, another thing for everyone to remember: I have been getting alot of pm's from people saying that they are posting for laptops and computers and so on..... Remember, my original post was meant strictly as an example. You can sell any product that is popular. Think outside the box, and be original. If everyone trys to sell "laptops", then conversions will go down for everyone because that particular niche will be saturated. Think outside the box :)
