You say that you cannot guarantee rankings as many sites have bad backlinking history. But you allow refund if I am unhappy and have a valid reason. So.. If my website has NO BACKLINKS in its history so it means a "clean sheet", and you can see the on-page seo done well, can then get refund if i see no improvements after your service? Sounds like the most valid reason when buying seo service...
