I've been using the server of VPSNOC from 3 months and never had any problem, All I would say that it is much far better than the leaseweb. I was using the Leaseweb and I had to move towards the VPSNOC because there servers are quite good and websites loads much faster than the leaseweb service.

If you are looking forward to run the movie sites and other content that you shouldn't worry about the copyright content. Then VPSNOC is you best choice in case of running that sites.
