Women's Clothing Affiliate Program :: 20% Commission Payout

I started an affiliate program with my online store that pays 20% for each sale ($7-9). What's the best way to gain new affiliates? I'm happy to send anyone the link that's interested, but I don't want to be considered a spammer on here.

Update: Just to be clear the items cost $35-$55 each so you're making 20% off of that.

I've started 10% for SEO Agency (whole customer life). So far 0 sales from affiliates/referral program
Let me know if you thing 20% is better to 10% continues 18 AUD/month ...

I'm not sure what the perfect percentage for affiliates is yet. I've read a lot on it & most people won't be interested unless it's at least 20%.
