He don't need to cancel. All you have to do is refund and the dispute will be over. If he cancels, then he will no longer be able to dispute if you don't pay.

Follow the directions that paypal gives you to resolve the issue. They will give you the option to refund there.

Plusvn has been perm banned and the negative itrader has been removed. He's a repeat offender with multiple accounts. I suggest taking note of any Skype IDs and email addresses used here to avoid him in the future.

Wouldn't it be worthwhile on having a non-postable sticky with Skype usernames that have been involved in scams? Only if it's a cut and shut case?

Also, when members get banned why can't the Skype button be disabled?

What about just skype addresses? It seems that's always the one thing that people get caught out on time and time again.
