Word to the wise...tutorials are good, but you need to add your own twist...one way to do that is to start thinking small, focus on meeting the needs of a particular group: 'parents whose kids want to learn guitar' rather than 'people who want to learn to play a musical instrument' or 'vegan pasta sauces' rather than 'italian cooking'.
