Ive been scammed what can i do

ok so heres my story...about 3 months ago i sent this guy 300$ through epassporte. and he told me he had kids blah blah and never sent me the paypal. I couldnt do anything about it so i let it go.

he now just a few days ago said im sorry blah blah and sent me 700$ in paypal said i sent too much can you send some over with epassporte. i sent 100$ ...he now did a chargeback for 700$ my account is negative 400$ what can i do please help

I bought Superbowl tickets from this person and they never sent them. We never received them. After putting money in this account, they tried to contact me to put money in another account. I told them that the money already was sent to this email. They said it was fine - that they received the money. I immediately asked for the confirmation number for the parcel delivery on Tuesday. I haven't heard from him since. I've made repeated attempts to contact the seller and they haven't responded nor did the tickets ever come. This is clearly a scam.

This guy is a scam. we met on a forum about 3 months ago and i did a transfer for him through epassporte another company like paypal. He told me he didnt have the money and how he had kids and stuff. I knew i wasnt gonna get the money back because other members were complaining of him not sending the money. On the 26th he came to me on the forum and told and gave me a apology story and said im truly sorry im taking my leave from internet business he told me that he wants to send me my money back and he asked me how much he owed me I told him 300$. He then asked me for my paypal and he sent 700$. He told me he accidentally sent me 700$ and that he want me to send him like 100$ back cause he was sorry for all the hassle he caused so a 200$ commision he was giving me. I was a little skeptical but i went through and refunded him 100$ via epassporte because thats what he wanted. 2 days later i come back and there is a 700$ chargeback with negative money in my account. This guy is a scammer. As for the super bowl tickets I have never dealt with super bowl tickets. I dont have super bowl tickets i can show you all my CC info and transaction and bank transaction to prove i have not bought any sort of super bowl tickets. I also have all the private messages he sent me and i can give paypal full access to all of my accounts to check. Also i have never emailed this guy only Private messages. If he claim's i have emailed him or contacted him ask him by what method of contact. I have all the proof here you can ask me for all the proof and i will immediately hand it over

First, kick your own nuts for being stupid 2 times in row
Second call paypal (no email writing) and try to find a reasonable person to explain the situation as good as possible.

But most probably your money is gone.
 
pretty much you're hosed - sorry. If dealing with PayPal use credit card ONLY for all payments for your own protection. This is a must. I know your situation is different but you can't do blind trust thru PP because if you get screwed you are toast.
 
There isn't anything you can do. Paypal's going to bend you over on this one.

Wow this is the oldest trick in the book!! There is nothing you can do. Just take your loss like a man!!! I did not think people were still running these types of scams!! Good Luck :smashfrea
 
i called paypal and everything i posted the true story on what happened. But thats all the money i had i dont know wat to do
 
First thing you should do before you spend another dime is delete all your emails with the subject "You won the UK lotto" and any email from a Nigerian prince needing help getting money out of his country.
 
ok did you send the tickets?
did you get them from ticketbastard?
contact them saying they were stolen and the bar code on them will be alerted and he wont get into the game
dont know if this would work but worth a try i guess
 
holy shit we got a new twist on this story

Keith, you need to call the police right away about this guy. He tried to get us to do epassporte too. I was already on Paypal. We are going to complain to them as well. you can get your 200 back from them. It should be covered. The Epassporte info is cyn252 and his email is [email protected] - epassporte will know who he is because they have to verify accounts. The problem is that we didn't actually use epassporte so us complaining to them, is irrelevant. You complaining is another story. Please do it - this guy needs to be taken off the street. Did he tell you he was Canadian from Quebec? That's what he told us.

oh well if the whole deal was legal he could even go to police and report it.
