Call paypal and talk to a high ranking officer there, give him the proof and all. To fuck that guy, we are here, let's send [email protected] an email each of us telling the same story with a bit of twist (the guy tried to scam u like this but u was aware and reported this to paypal..tell paypal it's an old trick and many knows it), then maybe paypal can believe your story..one thing for sure, his paypal will be screwed.
