Who wants to talk Instagram logistics?

I've been searching the forum for some set numbers on Instagram limitations and what not, but seeing that Instagram has been changing recently i figured id start a thread and everyone can just chime in where they feel necessary.:

*per one account* *public api*

-Likes per hour/per day? (I've heard you are safe with 1000 likes per hour. true?)
-Follows per hour/per day?
-Accounts per hour/per day?
-comments per hour/per day?

What do you guys think?...

-Likes per hour, client: 360
-Follows per hour, client: 160
-comments per hour, client: 60
