I need to add an custom order form for a WP site to get customers requirements.
So please suggest me the best free WP-plugin to make a custom order form.

The only form which I have checked is form 7. but have an issue with installed theme and cannot configure.
Is there any other than form 7?

this is THE BEST form builder i have discovered

I started off with contact form 7 because that was the one i read about from so many internet marketers but its not the 'prettiest' of forms and that's why i began looking for something that would be more visually appealing as well as offering more flexibility and i finally came across this little beauty and short of buying a pro form builder plugin, i wont be changing to anything else.

In fact, there is a paid version of this product which is $10 but so far i havent seen any good reason to upgrade and i dont think you will either

Simple contact form. This is a plain and simple contact form. I was using contact form 7 but I had the same issue as you with some client sites.
