Thanks for the questions, now i've noticed that this has become less clear after editing the OP, so let me take that chance to explain more deeply.
the additional tiers are as follow-
2nd tier- private blog network submissions with smart keyword match, around 50 per 1st tier post, drip feed over 30-45 days (safe and secret private network with mixed PR that is NOT related to the original sites in any way, links are obviously not reported)
3rd tier- links from social websites, around 100 per 2nd tier post, also drip feed for 30-45 days
4th tier- mixed RSS and article directories links to the 3rd tier properties, also drip feed for 30-45 days

Thanks JustRipIt for your comment, you are absolutely right.
I have added an option on the forms for uploading a file with URLs/keywords and also fixed bugs on the niches lists.
Please let me know if you're facing some other issues with it.
