Hi there everybody,
this is just a simple tutorial on how to watermark images in bulk. This could be used for uploading watermarked images on tumblr, instagram, pinterest or any service that you want.
Step 1
Download FastStone ImageViewer (Freeware) here.
Step 2
Open up the software and locate your folder with the image files that you want watermarked. This could be a few houndred to a few thousand, doesn't really matter. This software will be able to handle them all.
Step 3
Select all files that you want watermarked. (Control + A = Select all)
Step 4
-> Tools -> Batch Convert Selected Images
Step 5
Select "Advanced Options" in the down right corner
Step 6
Select the watermark tab
Step 7
Select a image file of the picture or text that you want to watermark the image with. Here you could also change the position where the watermark should be on all the pictures. I often use the top right corner, but this is up to you. You can also choose the transparency.
Step 8
Choose the output folder in the downright. This is where the watermarked images will be put.
Step 9
Click "Convert". This will only take a few seconds per hundred images.
Step 10
You're done!
Hope this helped you a bit on your way to become a rich IM:er.
